Welcome to our little corner of paradise, where every day is filled with colors, laughter, and quirky moments. Imagine a farm where the flowers compete with the bees for your attention, and the trees sway while the lark trills. Ellens Have is not just an old farmhouse—it's a treasure trove of natural wonders and little surprises! Surrounded by the scent of flowers and birdsong, it's time to relax in the most colorful way.

Over the past few years, we have completely restored the old farm and transformed it into a cozy collection of holiday homes. The latest addition will arrive in the summer of 2024, when we will open a small morning/lunch café.

So forget about watches and calendars—in Ellens Have, the only important time is "now." Take a deep breath, let go of the daily grind, and get ready to experience Ellen's Garden—a place where fun, relaxation, and the fantastic surroundings go hand in hand.

What a transformation! The main house has undergone a complete overhaul and is now a true gem that stands out from the crowd. Imagine quirky and charming details meeting modern comfort—all with a twinkle in the eye and a healthy dose of farmhouse charm and flea market finds.

The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living area! Here we have raised the ceiling to expose the impressive rafters and collar beams. In addition, there are 7 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a utility room. There's ample space for both socializing and alone time for 14 people.

And let's not forget the exterior! The garden is a magical place, with cozy nooks and views over open fields and meadows that really make you take a deep breath. And as the icing on the cake, the farm is just a short walk from Dråby Beach, one of Syddjurs' most sought-after beaches. If you're in the mood for a bit of city atmosphere, Ebeltoft, with its unique charm, is only 4 km away.

This apartment, located in a completely restored barn, is a true gem for anyone with a penchant for flea market finds and colorful details. The decor is a vibrant collage of unique items and furniture, each with its own story. In the decoration, we focused on colors and whimsy. EVERYTHING you see in the apartments has been found at flea markets or bought at auctions—actually, the only items we wanted a warranty on are the appliances. It has been a very different way to decorate, but the result is fantastic, cozy, quirky, and fun.

The apartment is 100m2 and consists of a very large kitchen-living area, a bathroom, and two very large bedrooms on the first floor. And as the icing on the cake, the farm is just a short walk from Dråby Beach, one of Syddjurs' most sought-after beaches. This apartment, located in a completely restored barn, is definitely our favorite. Like the other apartments, the decor is a vibrant collage of unique items and furniture, each with its own story. We have focused on colors and whimsy in the decoration.

The apartment is 100m2 and consists of a very large kitchen-living area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

What makes this apartment truly special is the view! We've built a "panoramic kitchen" from which there is a magical view over the meadow or down towards the beach. This is the same view you have from the small terrace that belongs to the apartment.

And as the icing on the cake, the farm is just a short walk from Dråby Beach, one of Syddjurs' most sought-after beaches. If you're in the mood for a bit of city atmosphere, Ebeltoft, with its unique charm, is only 4 km away.

The Furry Superheroes

Imagine a tiny insect with superpowers that are crucial for our planet – that's the bee! Bees are not just honey producers; they are nature's own superheroes when it comes to keeping our ecosystem healthy. A bee's life is quite fascinating. They have a unique body structure with a head, thorax, and abdomen, plus six legs. Their bodies are covered in small hairs, which are perfect for collecting pollen from flowers. As they buzz from flower to flower to collect nectar, they do something really important: they pollinate the flowers. This means they help plants produce seeds and new plants, which is super important for nature and for us humans. In a beehive, there are thousands of bees, and they all have different roles. The queen is the boss who lays eggs. The worker bees make honey, build wax, and take care of the little bee babies. Café Ellens Have

We are practicing baking bread, making really good coffee, and pouring wine without spilling... Meanwhile, the craftsmen are working furiously to get everything ready so that we can formally start the process of creating a café. We need to apply for a utilization permit, the fire engineer needs to review things, the food control agency must visit, and we also need to invite the tax authorities and VAT inspections. Plus, the police will check if we are mature enough to serve cold beer on a hot summer day...

But we promise it will be cozy when we finally open! (stay tuned on social media for the opening date update)
